Film Review #9 Not Afraid Eminem-music video

In this video, which I find utterly amazing, though it's old I can't get enough of eminem. In this video,  it's basically his way ofsaying hes coming back. I love the part where he's flying. I'm still curious what special effects they used for it.

Screenplay and Storyboard blog post

My film is about a girl who loses her phone and a guy who finds it and brings is back to her. I plan to get a lot of close up shots so everything seems blurred, yet a mystery. My film is not a comedy, if I may say it might be humoressly emotionless. I want to do something different. Opposite even, somethig you won't expect.

Film Review #8 Gravity

The second day Gravity came out, I went to go take my mom and sister. The film itself was an amazing film. The visual effects were amazing and you could tell all the hard work that was put into the film. Personally, I would only watch the film once, because as the greedy viewer I am-I wanted MORE! I wanted to see what happened after she had landed on earth and took a few steps. But no, it just cut off. Times I actually fell asleep in the movie, but I loved the choices for the actors and actress! I loved the film, but wouldn't watch it again! It is suspenseful is some areas, but for others...it was a mask of boring to watch.

Auguste and Louis Lumiere Brothers Inventions

Here is some information I found out about the brothers.
1862 and 1864, the Lumiere brothers were born. In 1870, they both attended the largest technical school in Lycon, which is where they moved in 1870. Both brothers start working for their dad, who ran a photographic firm. Once their father retired, the brothers start making moving pictures by using a camera and projector.
The brothers start making films and doing private screenings, which would help them make even more money for their fathers firm. Looking through resources that involve information about the brothers, it shows that these two are like the beginning of film making for the creative movie making world.

Film Review #7- Identity -Short Film

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ikGVWEvUzNM

Everyone in the school is wearing a mask. A young girl is bullied in the bathroom is what you first see is when the film starts reversing. This film gives off an emotional vibe as the girl/main character gets out of class and walks down the hallway, where you are given the image of what PERFECTION looks like. Seeing everyone where masks in the film is great symbolism for our personalities, who we are inside and what people see us as. People with certain color masks hang out with people who have the same colored mask as them, where the main character has a different mask from everybody else, which means she is alone. When it gets to the end, it shows that she actually fell and broke her mask, where I thought she had been beat up in the restroom. At the end, she takes off the mask, where when others see her, they are shocked.

Film Review #6 Perfection-Short Film

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=paVED2TFvEk

The film was short and very powerful. The parents raised the child to be perfect, but how can someone be perfect when they're only human? The mom had the daughter do things that she wanted her to do when she was younger and the daughter went along with it, getting trophies and growing up as a perfect child playing a perfect game. But the trick is...the game never ends. A piece is missing, so nothing can be perfect! They're is no such things. There will always be mistakes. There will always be failure, and faults. But as a human being you must work with what you have and be all that you can be, living to your own expectations, and not live or care for the others who surround you.

Film Review #5 for A Futuristic Short Film HD: by sight systems

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lK_cdkpazjI

The visuals in this short film is amazing! First you see some guy on a floor mat rolling side to side wondering what the heck is he doing? But then you notice a game going on and wondering whose playing it? The guy turns around and once you see his eyes you notice how they're silver, three d lookingish and as he looks at stuff, his eyes take notice in explaining what ever he sees. Basically he has a computer in his eyes which is both creepy, strange, yet beautiful and unique. Everything he does in his life ads up points, but I'm not quite sure what for. For example, when he cuts a pickle, he gains points for each slice he cuts. His life is like a huge game while the man is a living sim who can be looking at nothing but a blank wall, yet see something his eyes project for him. Really great short film!
